Hello Everyone! My name is Stephanie! I am the owner of Crystalize My Body, and have been in business since 2020, and a licensed esthetician since 2022. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. I have always thrived to be a business owner with my own schedule, thinking of other ideas to be my own boss especially finding careers that would make me happy and living out the quote "if you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life", but none of that sat well with me. I didn't know what to do. Getting older you start to think about how much your body and features change, I became curious on how to keep up with my body, beauty, etc. That's when I looked into Emsculpting (a non-invasive treatment that helps stimulate your abs) and thought I could start getting this done to my body, but was that a lot $$$! Lonnnng story short- one day, I was introduced to body sculpting, and how to become certified while building a business of it, I then decided to take a class and other classes of different services came along the way (lashes, nails, etc.) which eventually lead me to beauty school and now licensed esthetician- I fell in love with it! Making women feel beautiful with their results, it made me feel good to have my clients feel good about themselves. it was a win win :) The rest is history! Crystalize My Body has been in business since November 2020, but due to COVID I had to close the doors, especially working from home where I have a family to protect. In 2022, I decided to reopen and change locations from home based to a suite location. I had finally found a place where the comfort will not only be in my home anymore but a place where you can sit back relax at the comfort of being in a spa setting. CANCELLATION POLICY
Tips are NOT REQUIRED, but very much appreciated if you do so. ** We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our atmosphere. • Please consult with your doctor if you have current health conditions prior to booking appointment. • No extra guest currently. Including children, unless serviced by me. • If you have tested POSITIVE for COVID-19 or are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19 please reschedule appointment. As a guest, it is your responsibility to: • Communicate your preferences, expectations, and concerns. • Communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit. • Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect. • Please do not take non-emergency phone calls, begin text messaging, or view Youtube, Tik Tok, Nethlx, etc. throughout the appointment-this will only interrupt the relaxation of your treatment. As a guest, you have the right to: • Be in a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. • Stop a treatment at any time, for any emergency reason. (taking a non-emergency phone call does not count) • Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect. • Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information. • Information regarding training, licensing, and certification. 1. Package Expiration All sessions must be used within 6 months of the purchase date unless otherwise approved in writing. 2. Payment Terms Full payment is due at the time of booking unless a custom payment plan has been arranged in advance. •Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. No Refunds. Unless otherwise exception stated or agreed upon with owner. •All clients new or existing are required to have valid card on file. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance at no fee. Same day cancellations, same day no-shows, or same day rescheduled appointments will result in a 30% fee and you are then required to pay deposit again to book a new appointment, •Your deposit is only good for ONE RESCHEDULE (not valid for no shows/same day cancellation-only same day reschedules). •No shows after 2nd appointment in a row will no longer be able to book. •Cancelled appointments by owner due to their emergency circumstances, you will then receive an email/call/text with given options to reschedule or cancel. If you choose to cancel you will have your deposit or pre-purchased appointment session(s) be refunded in cash or Zelle (online banking). 4. Packages Are Individual Use Only Packages are intended for use by one person only and may not be shared, gifted, or transferred to others. 5. Pre-Booking Required All appointments must be pre-booked in advance. 6. Results Disclaimer Results vary by individual based on skin type, health history, and consistency. No guarantees are made regarding exact results or time frame. Additional sessions may be required for optimal outcome. 7. Package Tracking You will receive a receipt and confirmation of your package purchase. Remaining sessions will be tracked and confirmed at each visit. 8. Communication All changes to bookings or requests must be submitted via text/ phone: 323-818-6717 or email: info@crystalizemybody.com during business hours. 9. Grace Period For treatment(s) or consultation (facial and non-facial) you will have a 15-minute grace period to arrive to location. You will have a 10-minute grace period to connect via FaceTime, or other chosen video chat channel for this appointment. If you are not present after the grace period or communicate within the grace period time frame, deposit is required to book new appointment.
